I did lol I signed up thinking I'd be able to help people. Turns out everyone's an asshole and only a handful of people appreciate what you do. The other kajillion blame you because their insurance won't cover their meds :goingcrazy:

Why does everyone think that adding basic mods increases the price of their truck? "Truck was $32k out the door, added 10k in mods, looking for $40k..."

they have an unrealistic expectation for ROI of said mods. On a bike, you can easily get 90% ROI back, on a car or truck .. it's more like 20%

Unrealistic, definitely. My stand, and what I tell my boys is, anything you do either; be able to take it back to stock' or don't expect it to add any value, and it might actually detract value for a majority of buyers.

As for 90% on bike mods, not sure about that one. My experience is that bike mods follow car/truck mods, little value unless you happen to find that small audience that wants those specific mods, otherwise any value is from the removal of the mods and selling vehicle and mods separate.

Most bikes have all the same mods (exhaust, PC3, grips), so when shopping for one it's not uncommon for the price to be a tad high.
