I was rear ended a couple of weeks ago. It was mostly a fender bender. The bumper is scuffed up a bit and tow hitch caused more damage to the 5.0 mustang behind me. I was debating on getting a new steel bumper or something aftermarket. Any suggestions out there?

I was considering the fab4 bumper since you can add your sensors in the back as well.

Also - appears from your profile pic you had the Prem & Tech package. Wondering where/how you'll relocate the sensors if that's even possible.

Fab4 Says you lose your BSM though :( I think those are way more useful than the parking sensors. Same with relentless.

Yeah... I didn't read that part. I have the BSM and I do like to use everything my truck came with.

bunch of stuff - Bro Pro style

+1 on this one... took me an hour to install. Most of time was getting the old piece of shit plastic one off. It's a 2 person job or 1 person with 2 home depot buckets or 2 people and 2 home depot buckets. Pretty easy the only catch on mine was the factory tow wires were too short and had to take apart the wire loom and stretch it a bit to get it to fit and wire tie/tape it back together. Fitment is better than stock and now if someone bumps my bumper I'm going to laugh!

    Edit:
There's mounting holes for the BSM sensors - 4 of em.

BSM sensors are hidden within the corners of the bumper and there's only 2 of them, the 4 sensors that come through the bumper are the backup parking sensors. Most aftermarkets bumpers I've seen have an option for the backup sensors, I've yet to see a single one incorporate BSM.

I am in search of a rear bumper that takes the BSM sensors. If anyone has a clue please let me know.

You don't need to worry about cross traffic with bumpers like that. Give it the beans and to hell with anyone in the way.
