I used to take all my cars to B&T motorsports. They have fab up a few custom exhaust for me. Good guys that do good work.

 

Where is that? I need my exhaust rerouted so it doesn't hang so low and then I can chop it and add mid skids

 

If you still have them down the road for some reason, I would probably be interested in buying them. I just bought extended travel RR 2.5 with 700# coils for up front so I don't have the funds at the moment

 

To build a custom exhaust? Or just install one that you bought?

a mod day sounds like fun. i've obviously never been to 1 it's usually just me and my buddy. do you guys just kinda hang out and help each other and save on labor costs.

 

I havent done one either. I just help my neighbor work on his car/bike. Its just some people hanging out and working on each others trucks. Some people may have more experience with different mods, so they can share the knowledge with someone who doesn't know as much

 

Unfortunately, I'll miss this one. I'm down for any future meets, mod days , or especially trail rides!

 

Thats a few bolts and hangers. Its a pretty straight forward install.

 

Just pick up a TRD exhaust and swap out the old with the new. It's just a couple of bolts that holds it on past the cat. The hardest part I found was getting the rubber hangers to let go of the old exhaust. The TRD sounds great. Not too noisy at idle but if you give it a good bit of skinny pedal, it lets you know its under there. I chopped mine after the axle to make room for my 33" spare. It made a difference in sound to me and at first I didn't like it, but now I am used to it.
