I tried to order this harness and Ray e-mailed me back he said that he has built one prototype Tacoma H11 fog harness for a gentleman named R.W. , but he was not sure if the lengths are right and is waiting to here back from you on how the harness worked and how was the lengths on every thing. Once he gets feed back from you on the harness than he will put the harness into production. I really really want to get this harness.

I got back to him this morning to verify the fitment on everything and suggest length corrections. The 12 gauge wiring was also challenging as the H11 ceramic plugs are not designed to take a massive wire of that size. You should likely hear back very soon.

Thanks buddy. These lights look like the way to go for the fog lamps quite a bit more light but you wont blind the shit out of people. Really good work thanks for sharing.

Negative. No communication from Ray since his 8 Jun message saying

"I have built a prototype Tacoma H11 fog harness for RW using my best guesstimate for lengths.

RW is going to get back to me shortly as far as fitment & I expect I will need to adjust cable lengths slightly.

I will contact you as soon as I am ready to take orders."

I just pinged him as well to see what the status is. When he built my prototype harness, I mentioned there would be future orders but I really don't think they were expecting additional orders.

No I have not heard any thing back from Ray since June 8th when he said he was waiting to hear from you on how the prototype harness he built for you went.

It is an entire plug and play solution. Plug the new harness into the OEM fog light bulb connector, and then plug the other end of the harness into the fog light bulbs. Cake.

oh wow that's awesome! Now i'm hoping the harness is still something they're willing to make! Do you think this same upgrade can be done for the headlights of the 3rd gen Tacoma's?

3rd Gen uses a H11, so would it be the same setup as the Fog lights?

In short yes, but it is a little more complicated.

If you wanted the upgrade for low beams only, you could use the harness and bulbs I used for the fog light upgrade in the headlights. If you want the upgrade for both low beam and high beam you will need to get a custom harness or find a company that sells them, as the multi-bulb (high/low) harnesses on Ralleylights site do not list an H11/H9 harness. The fog harness was custom order, so I'm sure they could build it for you.
