A lot of people are idiots. :notsure:

Think of how many times someone has seen a lowered car and all they can say is "how do they think they're going to drive it like that?! So stupid!"

I wouldnt mind bringing mine down an inch or so. Just to close up the gap a bit. Cant see how to lower the rear. And what
kind of a job to do the front? 20160506_153326.jpg

You are right. The TRD is NOT lifted, BUT the rake is different from a Non-TRD.

TRD-equipped trucks often have less rake compared to a non-TRD truck. Measurements on some customer’s trucks have revealed as much as 1.0” difference in the factory front end height.

And my answer to the OP is:
    Sacrilege!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol.

To each their own though! :)

I'd be curious to see one anyway even if I am not in to that style.

I have a 3rd gen 4x4 and I am going to lift it because I plan on using it for camping and some off-roading BUT lowered trucks are just bad ass. I would love to see a lowered 3rd gen. Lowered 2nd gens look awesome especially the regular cabs.

    I'd like to see it.

I LOVED the X-Runners, almost bought one instead of my GTO, but the dealership was being a major dick (refused test drive, didn't want to remove the camper shell, etc etc). Actually, everywhere I looked dealers were pretty rude, and the only private party one I found had 3 oil changes in 60k (Amsoil...I don't buy into that 15k oil change crap). My girl thinks they are hideous, but what can I say, I like em low and fast! lol
