Rotated in the spare, got it mounted and balanced. Oil Change and ordered the parts to the the dif breather mod this weekend. And when I am down there I will look at the other breathers on the T-case and see if I should relocate those too.

Alright, ditching chrome rear bumper for sure. I have to sandblast my chrome one and then get it color matched which all in all will run me about $300. Or I can get an off-road rear bumper for probably about $400 and then rhino linings color match. For a little more. If I'm doin $300 for a bumper, whats an extra hundred for the off-road bumper image.jpg
    What do y'all think?

Regretfully no pictures for the jobs today as I am still bushed and didn't feel like posing.
Over the weekend I went camping out at Scuitto lake in Kamloops bc.
    20160603_170721.jpg
I went for a little trail ride and while I enjoyed the rocks and technical trail and the young Jeeper I was with hit a non moving object while trying to avoid what I was having no issues with in my DCLB. So we went up a nice little road that had some "puddles" The last puddle stopped my 2015 DCLB with 33's and a 3 inch lift. Middle seam of the door is where the water was sitting and while I had no water in the cab my alternator took the brunt of the puddles it did not like the mud.

So... limping it back to camp from a damaged cv axle (turned out to be a bad boot with rocks and mud in the grease making steering and noise at max height just about impossible) and barely making camp I was able to take this epic nice shot at the lake.
    FB_IMG_1465096072854.jpg
This was the good side lol and I have to bend my skidplate back out away from the bumper.

So..... Today I pulled the alternator out. Should I do a writeup and explanation video for it? I could.... but its pretty easy to do. I am sure there is a how to on the forums but none of the pictures are still working.

Electrical repair shop will cost me 150 dollars to clean the alternator up as it is just coated with liquid mud. There was 6 inches of mud in the skid plate and I might have to pull the radiator and pressure wash it if the power wand doesn't help too much.

All in all a fun weekend.

For $100 or so I would get the off road bumper, just remember that most off road bumpers don't use the factory hitch, its built in under the license plate so make sure you get that option if you need it. You can sell your factory bumper and hitch to recoupe some of your cost, which will help you pay for it.

This. Sell the old bumper, recoup some $, then sell the old hitch, more $, apply all that to the new bumper, preferably Pelfreybilt.

On the open cross brace you should mount a white shovel and axe with a white rotopax in the middle and paint a scull on it!

Thanks to all of the great info here on TW, I changed out my front brake pads (replaced with OEM) yesterday afternoon. Down to 2mm at 75K miles. Easy job for anyone with minimal mechanical abilities such as myself. Rotors were fine, but expect to change those at next front pad change (hopefully in another 75K miles). And that dreaded "click" when switching between F and R is now gone!

That's what I'm thinking I'll do. Tap into the DRL so they work with the DRL and as turn signals.

Left it outside during third rainstorm after bhlm to test my seal, seems tight so far!

Before both were fogged with condensation before.

    After, good as new :fingerscrossed::cheers:

Edit: for any one that is doing bhlm or need to seal headlights, I got window sealer from auto zone and it's working great, also make sure to seal where blinker light goes in

    This stuff

Just the pads moving slightly on the pins that keep them in place. At least that's what mine was
