Going into X-ray the nurse thinks it's just dislocated which is a huge huge blessing if it is. But wants X-rays to make sure nothing is broken and I didn't rupture anything else. Also basically forcing me into a ct scan because I lost consciousness for about a minute after I flipped.

    Shit on a black truck.
Just browsing through the page. Im 5'7" 142 lbs just got done with my cut and reverse dieting out right now to start a lean bulk. Went from 172 lbs. (end of a dirty bulk) down to 142 lbs over 4 months. I'm around 4-5.1% body fat according to the little hand held thingy. Im tracking everything so I'll pay attention to where I start gaining.

Here's my face injury from 2011...tried to to a gainer off the diving board into the pool and broke my nose on my knee

Here's the shit they used to fix it. The first place I went to said that the swelling needed to go down before they could fix my nose, so I waited 2 weeks at her recommendation. I went to the ENT and he was like, "man, whoever told you that was an idiot." My nose had already begun healing in the crooked position, so they had to re-break it with that big-ass metal thing on the left in the pic below. It was a fucking nightmare. Also, that big-ass syringe in the pic was a shot of adrinyline they gave me right before they broke it. I was so hopped up on pain meds that I don't remember it, but my girlfriend (now wife) said my pupils dilated, I started sweating instantly, and started going like, "Whoo! Let's break this thing!" She said it was like I was on cocaine or something lol.

Fuck man, hopefully they're wrong. That doesn't sound like a very fun route.

I had a grade 3 AC Seperation from a mountain bike crash a few years ago. The Ortho doc told me there isnt much they can do about it and I just have to live with the pointy sticky up collar bone on my left side. The only thing that really bothers me is above the head movements like swimming, shoulder press etc. My wife has to deal with the nasty crunchy noises it makes when I wrap my arms around her. I would get a second opinion before doing surgery. The separation has occurred and you're already screwed so I wouldn't recommend surgery unless there is some reason its necessary.

Yea the hand held thing puts me at like 4%, when it even reads. But it's 100% not correct. My scale puts me at 11ish.

So, after legs a couple days ago, I didn't think I was gonna be sore. Yesterday was fine. Didn't feel anything. Today, I couldn't roll out of bed. That DOMS...

I didn't get to train yesterday, and probably won't today. Cutting trees on my lot after work so they can start grading for my house hopefully early next week.

It sux getting hurt or sick when you've got everything going in the direction you want but you've gotta let it get fixed & heal.

Half scooped Hyde today. Much better. Took about 10min longer to hit me, but I don't have near as bad post workout jitters as I did yesterday...

I stained some chairs in my driveway yesterday (shirtless obv) and didn't think about the sun. Roasted my back, really felt it trying to do incline bench today with every rep :bananadead:

Hit calves at the end. It's always a good calf day if you get up uncontrollably walking like Ric Flair
