    Oh yea don't get me wrong, I'm sure they sell a lot of them. I just needed a dclb so the Trd pro was not an option for me.

    Yea that will be a the big indicator if they sell or not. I can't see a lot of people spending 5-7k more just for what the Trd pro offers. But it's it's only 2-3k more then I bet people will be jumping on it.

    41-43k seems to be concensus

    Hardly doubt a few K will make any difference

    Toyota will sell each and every one of them they make, whether to TW members or not

    I have no doubt they will. Looks are so subjective. I think the black leather seats are cool, head and tail lights, grill, fog lights, etc. Not a fan of the badge on the side or the wheels. My next Taco will have a moonroof so the Pro appears to be out of the question for me anyway.

    I agree

    If it had a 400hp v6 twin turbo that got 27mpg with a 6 speed with a better body style then yes I would be waiting in line now.

    Not likely. Pricing hasn't even been released yet, they aren't even taking pre-orders, just putting your name on a list. Most sources are indicating Sep-Oct release.

    I asked the Toyota rep at the NY Auto show, and also asked Toyota through their official FB, and both confirmed a moonroof will be available for the TRD Pro.

    However it sounded like they aren't expecting a lot of requests for this, so get in line early.

    I was also told it was going into production in August, but this was several months ago so this date may have changed.

    I sure hope you're right about the moonroof, out of all the research I've done this has been the most upsetting news about the TRD pro, I got over it and put money down to get in line for a white one....please please please let me get one with a moonroof

    I've got my request in with the dealer (actually two). Cement color, one dealer is in state (California), one out of state (Arizona). We'll wait and see what the schedule brings.
