Well, I know how the majority feels about it around here but the money ran out pretty
quick with the things I bought for the truck. So the lift was to be temporary till
the funds built up again. Anyway I used the BDS 2.5" strut spacer lift and
    Toytec 1.5-2" AAL.
As I said above I am getting another bushing for the left axle and hopefully
the noise won't come back and will put the parts back in till my money
tree blooms again to get a better lift.
Forgot to say that I really don' do much off roading as the truck is more
for the crappy winters we have. I do go ff road every now and then but nothing hard core

What roof rack is that? Could you space the crossbars out further? (push the rear crossbar back?) Id like to be able to carry longer loads easier without my trailer, I have 11 ft kayaks, and occasionally carry 12ft lumber, the short bed doesn't really cut it with the long loads, my thule rack on my 4runner was great, but I had a lot more roof real estate to space out those crossbars.

I have the 50" Yakima Whipsbars with the Fit Kit for our Tacomas. I needed the 128 and 145 Feet, the Base towers, and bars. Very impressed with the rack and you can definitely space the bars out a bit more. Very easy to take on and off and I was $420 out the door for the setup minus the Thule Stacker for the Kayaks.

The Ford in the background is my friends Platinum F-150 with a 6" BDS/Fox kit. A little big for my taste but looks sharp.

If there's a white Tacoma in the pic it's not off topic is it? Lol

3rd Gen Color Threads Linked Here:....

Maybe start another color on this link (thread).....
2017 cement color...now only available on the pro models..That could possibly change...
Need the convenience of this thread to monitor this color, even though only promotional pics now..

Looks to be my next Taco color.....Hard to choose between white and cement (hopefully)

Finally put my SR8's on. Running on 265/65/17 Duratrac's that were on my stock wheels. Will put the 275/70's after I put my lift on and when these go bald...LOL!

Went on vacation and my buddy took a couple pictures while driving down to Sunriver, OR. The 900 mile round trip was very comfortable in the Tacoma.

looks solid, wonder how the white bumper contraption on the front will hold up? if I drove that thing through a bunch of brush it would have green marks all over it

Typical Hawaiian household. :) My daughter and some grands live in Kihei. I'll be there for a visit in a few weeks.

Well then if you don't care how it looks, why bother modding it with a hood scoop that essentially provides no real functionality?
