Knoll Lake.... good or bad. Trying to find someplace I can take the Kayaks and wife. I need to be able to be not too far from the water, even if I just drop her off with the Kayaks, go park, and come back. I'll end up towing her around in the water shortly after we get in. Want to camp a night or 2 as well.

Yeah the right house will find you, it still blew my mind there was that many people buying, some houses moved within hours they would already have multiple offers or they would leave it on the market for x days and then take the highest bidder shit was nuts!

torque the shit out of your lowers.. that is always the cause of my front end popping.. even if you think they are already tight.

    what a bitch

hang in there bud! same shit happened to us. in fact.. our house.. went on the market in the AM.. went and check it out that afternoon.. and 4 or 5 realtors had already stopped before us and left their damn cards.. we knew it wasnt going to last long.. so we were aggressive and put in an offer that night. luckily it was accepted. they were circling for sure..

I've heard decent things regarding Knoll. couple my buddies from work are either going up there, or to Lake Mary this weekend with their Kayaks.

Lake Mary used to be used by Olympic teams for training due to its length and that its typically like glass.
Knoll lake is very close to the water but is mostly surrounded by rocks

Hey yall, going to be doing UCAs when I do my new suspension. Looking for opinions on quality, value, bang for buck. Bang for buck is not about UCA, that one is all cheap sex.

Got to Delores, CO around 7AM and already did a 60 mile loop up to Groundhog Lake at 9550 ft.

It happens man. I bought my house like that. I looked at it 15 minutes after it hit the market. Put in an offer an hour later and the owner accepted it.
