anyone want to go to Rausch Creek on Saturday?? Not sure what time...I think they wanted to around 8:30 or 9am. I found the group on the Rausch Creek site that has 6/10 people going. I was going to jump in with them but some more Toyota's would be nice.

All you dog owners beware... One of my close friends buddies that I met recently just had a horrific accident with his dog...

Don't know the full details but he was driving a large f550 or 650 dually and a car infront of him slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting an animal in the road...

Unfortunately his dog was not strapped in to the truck in anyway and she ended up flying out the side window and somehow went under the truck and got run over... She unfortunately did not make it...

Please strap in your dogs... ITS THE LAW

Yeah rough situation... Himself his GF soon to be fiance and my best friend were in the truck when it happened... I don't have the balls to tell them its their fault as I like them and they are good people... And it doesn't help the GF is blaming the people who slammed on their brakes all over facebook but Ill keep my mouth shut about it as its painful enough that they killed their own dog instead of placing her in a crate during the car ride or getting a seatbelt type harness for her

Ditch the tig idea and buy a mig with a spool gun. Use the left over money and get a plasma cutter.

And the rod choice is important too. When young and dumb, I used 6011 rod with an AC only buzz box...lol

Ugh fuck that. Used my paps old buzz box a few weeks ago. Used 1/8" 6013 rods couldn't get that fucker to strike an arc just kept sticking so I got pissed and maxed the heat 230 amp ran like a champ. Had to weld fast though. But turned out ok. Welded a washer to a pipe for my flag mount. I'm not a good welder though. Haha

Metal where I welded was cleaned well with a flap wheel... No machine gun sounds really. Jist the occasional pop.
