    I just emailed her again asking if she can and is able to commit to this event, again for 2016. I wanted to reach out to CopperKettle first before others, as they were the only ones that were able to accommodate close to 30 of our vehicles and provided the back garage for our meet as a private room.
    I did inquire about a tentative date of 6/25. I will keep you guys posted.

    I was thinking of having the chairs inside, since last time it was a lot of people standing around keg barrels but not much seating. As for the tent, I want that more to shade the garage door opening so people don't have to sit 10 feet into the room to be in the shade. That'll help open up the space a bit more while keeping everyone and their beverage legally within the establishment. The canopy will also give any pups that come a place to lay outside while still being shaded.

    Dang! I am really new member and have plans on the 25th (going to the FOCO beer festival) but I would love to go otherwise! I also am in a brew club, and we hosted a homebrew competition at Copper Kettle in the fall so I am fairly well acquainted with Julie if that is who @sean266 was talking to. Let me know if there is something I can do (or if the date changes from the 25th). Hope to meet some of you guys!
