    i think that spot just had a big enough lip to fuck shit up. Need more of a smoother hump so landing isnt as harsh. I look hard for a little bump in pismo with a smooth landing for this reason.

    I dont plan to go hucking all the time but its fun for a little.

    Where Brett was in the above pic is where I was hitting it for awhile, and was a LOT smoother, but I decided to move over a bit to the lippier spot for that last hit. Probably should have stuck with the smoother one faster, rather than lippier faster LOL.

    I spent two days looking for a good soft jump in Pismo and comp hill was the only one that wasn't super lippy and had a good landing

    pole 2 just past camp is where this one was.



    this one was larger and in the back, pole 5 ish and straight back. Harsher landing.

    Nothing by pole 5 anymore lol I spent a good hour checking each little dune for jump potential and they were all super steep and lippy. Although I found one that wasnt bad at the edge, but quads kept rolling through while I was trying to jump it so I gave up.

    yeah thats the problem, its never the same. This had a bunch of quads and random people blowing through. some were watching which made me nervous. Usually things break when people watch.

    Hahah exactly. Even fence line was making me a little nervous because little rentals kept cruising through and I kept having to take the lighter outside line and panic braking when they just shot over the ridge
