Toyota Is Buying Back My Tacoma

FWIW if u can sell that used for $1k, the price new woulda prolly covered the difference of purchasing a 4x4 oroginally.

Of course not. Nobody would try so hard to get Toyota to buy back a 4x4 Tacoma. Looks like someone had buyers remorse when he took his Pre-Runner to the local mud hol-- I mean...mall parking lot .

I read in the prerunner section of this forum that if you lock your DAKKERS you can go pretty much go everywhere a 4x4 goes.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say OP ain't gettin shit....I do think the dealer offered him a "buyback" aka trade in and he is losing 10k on that. Only in the dong of America....

 

I posted a picture of the form, not sure why you think i doing a dealer trade when they have nothing to do with it.

 

Hope you know, yes i did regret not buying 4x4, but im not going to force a buy back because of it. But when their is a part that is defective and wont fix, i am going to do somthing about it, when Toyota wont.

See the problem is with how many people take their taco's in the dirt, mud and sand whether it's a Pre or 4x4 and have never had a problem with the leaf springs wearing out like ours. That's why people have accused you of sabotage and other things.

 

Defective != Imaginary.

 

Yea i know, people dont understand how even Toyota can have a screw up, they act like toyota's can never screw up, that is why older 2nd gen Tacomas had a recall on leaf springs, because Toyota's leafs are totally the best.
