I can make the letters the size of the emblem, some of the detail on the O's and A get a little weird but it's doable.

Here's one where it was scaled up a little bit:

That paint job was done by a customer but I could probably do one similar. For just the mesh and letters only it would probably be around $400.

Current retail on the mesh is $80, and letters are $45 sold loose ( I could make them raw if you don't want to paint over the powder coat)

Ok what do you think is better painting over them raw or painting over the powder coat. And do I have to use special paint when painting them.

Painting them raw should be easier. You can probably rattle can it, but you'll need to prep them pretty good if you want the finish to last a while.

Not sure what rattle can is. I was going to buy automotive paint in spray cans. Plus a primer and a clear coat. Can you give me a price for the mesh in flat black and the raw letters and how do I order it thanks

Rattle can is spray paint. If you primer it and clear coat it, you'll likely have some good results. You'd be at $10 cheaper on the letters. So retail price of $115 + shipping.

I hope to have pics on Tuesday. I did all 8 colors this afternoon, and second adhesive coat will be tomorrow. There's honestly all pretty sick. The silver looked really sharp. Inferno stood out a lot more than I would have thought for a little emblem and the Black emblem I think surprised me the most because of how readable the lettering is with just the contrast of gloss vs flat.
