    Morning all!
Gotta sneak in some yard work today. Not my favorite thing to do on my day off. But can't make myself pay someone to do it for me.

    Good Morning everyone.
Thanks again everyone for the awesome welcome!
Still waiting for summer here in VT.
52 this am with a week of 90's two weeks ago, the big temp swings are killer.

So I asked the family to not get all look who's 50 birthday stuff. Had not heard from the daughter for the last week. Last night my daughter was here late, the wife works 2nd shift she's a lna and I could hear them banging around downstairs.
Up this am to a fridge full of food kinda thinking something may be up?
I may be 50 today not positive.

How many here got the big 50 treatment?

    Happy birthday bud!

My wife loves to surprise me, I hate it. Walked in to a room of people yelling surprise! My close friend was smiling cuz he knows I hate surprises and he was just soaking it in, his revenge.

A while back we were clearing out a storage room and he tweaked his back, bad enough to go to the ER. So I made it my job, no, my duty to make him laugh as much as I could. The last was when the ER nurse ask if I was related and I said I was his "life partner" he was in pain...ah best friends:rofl:

Yes I am lucky!! The wife, daughter and granddaughter are in the kitchen cooking. Son in law is putting out signs and rearranging the back yard for parking. Today is actually his bday so we will be doing them together. I spent the morning cleaning the house to help before anyone was up. Kinda my norm on Saturday mornings anyway.

Here in the usually hot IE of Socal it is a very cool 67 degrees and overcast . Clouds are hanging low maybe 2500' , can't see the 10k ft peaks around my area

Funny thing is just the other day it was 97 degrees and clear skies

    Same as everybody else...
My son in law is here with the family, they live near Tampa. He was complaining about the heat here in Southern Maryland, Its about 94 and uber high humidity right now. I had to chuckle, Southern Maryland is known as the "land of pleasant living" and air so heavy you can chew on it. I love it, better than shoveling snow!

We have the same "Crew"

Service director let loose on up-sales on WARRANTY  and we now have a 75,000 mile curb instead of 100k :p Still tried "shoving $hit" through today and they lost :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I would NEVER work percentage , other than that....just make it a career choice and do not do the "Bounce" 5-10% more of nothing is still nothing and we have techs, writers and even trainers that have whimpered back...o_O

I "fall back" on wrenching when needed BUT if the right "RIDE" came along ,that sitting still in one place would be history:burnrubber:
