Tools

besides d-rings and a strap, when I go out to have some fun and possibly get into trouble, what other tools should I take along. FYI, I'm very new to this

There's a solid list of what you should bring along. Note* depending on what you do and where you go, you may not need all of that stuff. But you should definitely go out with other people and just observe and see what they bring.

 

Tools or recovery equipment?

 

I have "basic" recover equipment can't afford a winch yet. That'll be next year, for now I figure keep it on the bunny trail, learn my truck and hopefully earn the respect of others. So tool tools. I see Duststorm4x4 but a link up for me (thx 4 that) to check out.
