What did ya get, I ordered a hybrid from him about a month ago and am super excited to get it.

 

My wife's too, she hated it.

 

I'm getting a plate bumper with middle hoop and side supports and cut outs for 2 sets of pod lights. Basically like @916TacoTruck except mine will be for a 2009.

I'm also getting it powder coated black with wrinkle finish.

Hey all! I'm coming back to Nor Cal!
Just finished up my Master's, and landed a position with a company in downtown Walnut Creek. So my girlfriend and I are currently looking for a place to live, preferably within biking or easy Bart commute distance. We are mostly looking around Concord / Martinez / Pittsburg area. We have a small dog, and are looking to keep rent down $1600/1700 or below.. which I know is a tall order.
If you know of anything, let me know! Housing searches are quite daunting. I'll be in the area looking at some places this upcoming week, around Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Holy Shit, the guy sitting in the back of this truck was a TA for me in Grad School. Great guy! Has done some amazing trips and thats totally his Tacoma! Took a class that he TAed for in Mammoth last year about mountain snow packs.

So yeah, my turning issue is definitely VSC kicking in, anytime I turn to sharply and lean the truck over a bit it cuts power and brakes a wheel or two. Super fun stuff. Guess I'm hitting the dealer later

Yeah I was taking it super easy and then got my alignment and no more pinch weld rub and then today I took an on ramp a little hot and it happened again, son of a B.

Right? If it isn't ABS trying to kill me or traction control kicking in every time I try to take off, its VSC trying to slam me in to a wall when I'm turning.

 

Yeah this shit makes me sick.
