    You need to drill a 5/16 hole through the gutter strips. The mounts bolt into the factory rack gutter zerks on a DCLB. Gob some marine silicone on the ends of the bolts before inserting them. I just mounted mine yesterday. Easy-peasy.

    An access cab is a different story.

    Not really, AC just don't have an OEM roof rack setup. People will get the OEM roof rack to work on AC but takes a lot of modification. As far as mounting on the cab it's identical. Just wanted to give you the heads up too that the OP isn't willing to ship the bar so if you don't live in Fresno you have to buy a new light bar. The mounts he'll ship but on your dime.

    Nope any light bar will work. CaliRaised or raxman's off brand will work fine or if you want a top line like rigid

    Thanks for the help on the info taczilla and sleipnir, these guy are exactly right on the info. The mounts are still available at this time but the bar is pending to a local at this time. Thanks for all the interest so far

    DC = plug and play

    AC = No! ... not without drilling new holes in your roof gutters to accept the Zerk fittings. Not for the faint of heart, but I'd do it if I had to.
