    LOL ok so its bust on the old guy i get no problem. Here is a little about me Born in 69 graduated high school in 87. Served in the Marine Corps from 90 to 94. Been a sprinkler fitter for 21 years. Yes i'm old but still love my toyotas. My first was an 87 sr5 22r 2wd. 2nd was my 98 xtra cab 2wd now boosted making 297 to the rear wheels, still own that one. 3rd was my 06 access cab 2wd 5 speed. Now my current 1 is 2015 4x4 dclb. Wifes in a 2014 camry se and my daughters in a 03 rav 4. Joined here back in 2010 but been gone for a while. Names Heath nice to meet everyone.

    @hmasonb34 We are Toyota family as well.
    First car was an '86 Corolla. Owned an '89 2wd truck with 22re and a '95 Tercel. My '01 Tacoma is my current dd since Dec. 2000. My wife has an '11 Corolla, and the oldest drives an '04 Tacoma 2wd. The youngest is looking for an older Rav4.

    I like chevys to my first was a 69 step side gmc straight 6, 3 on the tree. Also 98 Z71, 99 2500 4x4 Burban, 2000 Escalade got tired of 12 mpg so I quit buying chevys and stick with Toyota now.

    Got a 2004 chevy cavalier in senior year from my dad and destroyed it by offroading and being a stupid kid. Next got an s10 which put up with almost all my abuse, had a frozen water in my radiator situation in NC and fried the gaskets. Also have a 1998 gmc yukon (for sale btw) bought with 119k miles has 130k now. Spent WAY to much fixing it.

    Alright so coggin officially sucks like kieth peirson in my opinion. Keith peirson forgot to put my oil cap back on at my 10k change and cogging put my cabin air filter in sideways and never shut the wee little door in front of it. Idiots.

    Had my 5k service last week at Coggin, won't go back. My friend goes to Earnie Palmer and he's been happy with them. I'll give them a shot at the 10k mark.

    I asked them to check the transmission fluid (3rd gen problem), and they didn't document anything on the work order the next day when I went to get my truck. So how am I to know if they actually did it?

    I had a call the night before that the truck was done a few hours after I dropped it off, so I suspect they didn't actually check the transmission fluid. Anyway, saw the paperwork and asked them if they checked it, the service manager gave me attitude and got the tech. The tech said he checked it, and it "trickled out", but evaded my questions about the temp it was checked at or the process. I insisted that they document their findings on the work order and the service manager was hesitant to do so, but eventually relented and documented it on the paperwork.

    I can't trust that they actually did the work. Maybe they did do it like they were supposed to, but the back and forth I received as well as the lack of attention to detail means I won't go back there.
