Body harness is definitely a good investment. This guy would pull until he choked and hacked if you let him. Best running partner you could ask for though. Here he is after a run.

    image.jpg

N.B. I love dogs and would never do anything to hurt him. I got a harness literally after the first time we ran.

My mother-in-law takes our dogs on a 5 mile walk almost everyday and we had to end up getting body harnesses for them for the same reason. They pull so much that they'd choke themselves and the harness distributes the force to their chest. Great investment for our fur-babies lol.

Just got back from the beach. I'm getting better at not over-eating when we go down there but I still drink too many Ultras :anonymous:.

I purposefully did not go to the gym Friday or Saturday to give myself a couple extra days of rest since starting @manethon 's workout. The brief period I did it whooped my ass. I'm going to tweak it some more before I start again tomorrow...

After enough liquid courage I attempted to skim board yesterday. I haven't tried it in a few years. I got a few good rides on it but I also wiped out, hard. My buddy told me he thought my shoulder was done with how hard I landed. I surprisingly didn't even feel it :drunk:
I felt it more in my leg that I genuinely thought I was going to break. I don't know how it didn't snap with the way I went down. Glad it didn't though, I've got a softball championship game in a couple hours that has been weather delayed for a few weeks. Today is finally the day, and it's only going to be 102 degrees out :bananadead:

    For your enjoyment...

    Damn it.

I do both. Before and after. Usually 20 mins of steady state before (typically walk at an incline) then intervals afterwards.

OK, i wanted to log this :
My Natural test boosters stack, with which I'm trying to hit from all angels to maximize my anabolic potential.

One needs an AI : i opted for pharm grade Arimidex at .5mg eod
For those in the USA, supplement some DHT if u use fenugreek.
3.2g tribulus , with 1.6g before bed and the rest split
6g d-aspartic acid, with 3g before bed and 3g first thing in the morning
3-6mg Gaba 30 min before bed
    Zma 30 min before bed

I opted to not take Fenugreek as it inhibits the conversion of testosterone into DHT which is a much stronger anabolic hormone that testosterone. Its a bit of a moot point but id postulate if you wanted to increase your natural test, use fenugreek and add in DHT. It would be very interesting to see ones lab results and lean muscle mass/ gym gains.

Probably sounding like a little bitch but the 3 exercsies of 10x10 was just too much. By the 4th or 5th set I was winded and just exhausted so I'm missing reps due to that because I'm struggling just to breath during the reps. I like the workout concept though but I think I'm going to mesh it with the 5x5 program. I really liked that and how quickly you can add weight to your lifts but I got tired of it quick because you literally do the same 3 lifts everyday and it's only a 3-day a week workout...

I think I'll take the variety of your workout and do it in the format of the 5x5. 2 or 3 big lifts each day and do 5, 7, or even 10 reps (x same number of sets) but no supers or maybe only a double super and a third lift on its own after and then have an aux day (arms) or rest intermingled...

I need to put pen to paper and see what it looks like when I get it out of my head :notsure:

Your weight is to heavy then.
The point of the 10.10.10 is conditioning and taxing your aerobic and anaerobic's
So by making such changes are you are wanting to, circumvents the entire purpose of this 24 day segment. The point is after the 24 days are over, your conditioning is such that you can easily manage the next phase.

But your end goal is to boost test, right? What better way to do that than by using...*looks around*...test?

I'll say it. I call my lifting partner a pussy daily. Seriously, if you aren't pushing yourself to your limits and beyond them then you may as well not be in the gym.

Haha I said it myself before I typed it so I knew it was coming...

I did the 7RM test but maybe I need to go down to 50% for 10s, I was doing 60%. But like I said, the weight wasn't the issue, I would just be tired like the same feeling if I just did sprints. Maybe more rest? Idk...

There are things I like and things I don't like, the same as most workouts I try. I'll see what I want to do next...
