yeah I noticed the salvage title. Kinda just on the hunt for a cheap beater I can commute in and slowly turn it in to a fun little 4 wheeler down the road "once the Tacoma is done"

If your looking for gas mileage These are the wrong rigs to get. I bought it from the original owner about 5 yrs ago and put maybe 15k miles in it. With the stock 225's it got 13-15 but with the still like new 31's it's more like 11-13. I'd get much more donating it then I would selling it but it's too clean to donate. I'd rather see someone make a project out of it.

Ha not going to get that out of a 3.0. Maybe the 22re but doubtful as well. Just find a Corolla or civic, my 99 Corolla in college got 36 constantly. I really want a single cab 90's Toyo pickup, always loved those things and my wife even said it would be a good idea to get a commuter but sadly no monies right now.

I averaged 23 with my truck when stock. Santa Rosa to Tahoe was 28 MPG.

 

The wife's 5th gen runner is getting 19.5.

Picked up my uncle (who is visiting from the Philippines) in Sac yesterday. Drove him to Vallejo, then SSF, and drove back to Benicia. 14 mpg. Average around 16 in the mountains. Aerodynamically challenged.

My uncle said his 2015 DCSB Hilux gets around 28 mpg. 3.0 liter 4-banger turbo diesel FTW.
