The shark fans were pretty pathetic last night when we won. They could hardly announce the conn Smythe trophy and the cup. No reason why they couldn't shut up and let them announce the stuff. How disrespectful!!!! But I guess that's sharks fans for you.

 

Yeah he's a bit expensive at 4.5 million per. Still a very serviceable player though to another team after he's bought out.

I'm always bummed after a team wins the finals because that's the end of the season. I was explaining that to my daughter in our room and I hear my wife down the hall sing "It's the most...wonderful time...of the year!!"

How do you not have an agent?

 

Get in a fight with your agent and fire him but dot bother to replace him because the contract is already done

 

I mean his name is on two cups now and he played a big part in getting them to the playoffs. But.

I'm not sure if Murray is ready to be the starting goalie for an entire season. Like it was being said all playoffs here, Murray was starting because he was the hot goalie, not necessarily because he was the better goalie.

 

With Fleury's record in the last few years you would have to be on crack to want him at 5 million per year. He is still a serviceable number 1 but not at 5 million per. His buyout would only cost the Pens 2 million per year... so unless a trade saves them more then that they may not be interested. I'm not sure a lot of teams want Fluery's contract so the Pens may choose to buy him out instead.

Either way he's the easiest guy to dump to make room for other contracts. The Pens have actually overspent already for next year when you figure out all the contracts they need to have in place for next year.
