I love my wet okole's. Had them in my first tacoma and when I pulled them off the seats, they still looked like new even after 9 years of use and abuse. I also think they make the seats a lot more comfortable... But that's just me

You are parked in the grass. Therefore, technically, you are offroading.

Ended up getting that scooped hood yesterday. Just need to take it to a body shop to be painted and have them fix the bent corner. Also need to buy the scoop insert, going to see if my local toyota has one in stock.

that's cool a body shop should easily be able to straighten it out and paint to match pj had a cool idea the other day he showed me he'd mounted a small led lightbar in the scoop very stealthy i thought that was pretty neat

Yea I've read some write ups of people doing that and thought about doing it as well. Was thinking of getting an amber one to match my halos but not sure if that would be over kill on the lighting.

i've been debating lighting. unless the rules have changed here in va for inspections if you have lights mounted they have to work and if non factory they have to be covered. i'm going to have to verify the rules before installations

My safety inspector said something about my lights on the roof (front, side, rear) being ok since they are above the hood?? Anyway, I don't have covers on any of them and I've had it this way for the past 5 years. Just my experience and you know how Fairfax people are....bunch of hard asses.

yeah, I think so cause I've been to at least 4 different inspection stations dependent on the line and the last one came back in and consulted a big book on the lights and said all is ok.

Oh really? I was told light bars had to have covers on them. Brother in law has one on his roof and they denied him because he didn't have the bar covered.
