Aaah! What type of fill station was it!?I live in CA.but when i travel to Arizona i think it's so cool how you can fill your growlers at gas stations other than hittin up the breweries!

Place called the Tin Man. They had the deal because they ran out of growlers. Its a growler station not a microbrewery or micropub or any of that. It specializes on Texas beers, a lot I've never heard of. I have another growler full of this Conspiracy Theory IPA, and have no idea who makes it, just had a sample and its pretty mild. $10 per fill up to $30 per fill.

The wife and I spent a few days in Asheville, NC recently. We stayed in South Slope, which put us within a few blocks of lots of breweries and restaurants. Below is the run down of beers that we had. They were all good, but we didn't have time to make it to all of the places that we wanted to. I guess we'll have to make a return trip.

We also brought some beer home with us. Mostly bottles/cans from the list below, but also a few things that we didn't try while there, notably some stuff from Hi-Wire brewing.

    Wicked Weed Porter
    Catawba King Coconut Porter
Wicked Weed Orange Peel Pale Ale
    Wicked Weed Amorous
    Wicked Weed Garcon de Ferme
Wicked Weed La Bonte with Pear
Wicked Weed Dark Age Bourbon Stout
    Sierra Nevada Otra Vez Gose
    Asheville Brewing Ninja Porter
    Asheville Brewing Ninja Latte Porter
Wicked Weed Freak of Nature DIPA
    Wicked Weed Hop Cocoa Brown
    Burial Gose
    Burial Skillet Donut Stout
    Noda Coco Loco Porter
    Catawba Peanut Butter Jelly Time

The PB&J was a nice beer. It's a brown ale aged on peanuts and raspberries. It has a good flavor, but it's not too much.

The Catawba King Coconut Porter was really good, but maybe a little on the sweet side. We grabbed a six pack of this one to bring home.

The Noda Coco Loco Porter was good, but tasted more like a regular porter, without as much chocolate and coconut flavor.

I actually don't remember what the Wicked Weed Hop Cocoa Brown was like. I think it was good, but it just didn't stand out to me.
