Try Demello? They make round tube, square tube, and hybrids (round outer tube, square inner) in both weld on and bolt on. They aren't "the new hotness" on here but a well established fab shop so it's likely they'll have something in stock for you ready to go.

Long story short mine were misdelievered by fedex ground, no help from Adam he told me they were stolen, found them myself months after said delivery 25 mins away 3 towns over sitting in a garage of a summer rental house..

 

I've had stuff delivered to the wrong place. Called the carrier, told them the situation, and the guy was able to track where the package was actually delivered (maybe their handhelds have gps or something?)

Luckily it was delivered to a different apartment complex owned by the same company and the person that got it took it to the main office and notified me. Not sure how much the vendor could have helped once it is in the carriers hands.

 

Oh... Yeah I do remember that now. I think fedex sucks anyway, they lost some parts last fall. Then after the normal driver did an investigation he did tell me he was off and there a new driver doing our route and our address are confusing. Then 4 days later fedex told me I had to take it up with the vender to see if they would refund me or send me a new part.

 

So for bolt on sliders with kick out, everyone wants around $500 + shipping. Or I could get weld on, no kick out for around $300 or maybe less. I would prefer bolt on with kick out. Has anyone made bolt ons before? I can't pull the trigger on 500-600 steel tube that I will be banging into rocks I think $300 is about what a set of sliders is worth to me. You know how it goes I want to have the cake and eat it to. I think I'll feel better after if I make em myself, I can't see it being more than $300/400 , input from ppl with first hand experience?

 

4x is $450 + shipping. And since they are a vendor you can get 5% off I think. Check them in the vendor section. My guess is by the time you make a set of bolt on sliders it would cost close to buying them. Would you rather spend $450 on sliders or $1k on rocker repair?

I've don't a lot of fab work on my truck myself. You'd be very hard pressed to make a set for that much after time and materials.

I'm never gonna be able to save for my next bike at this rate god Damn Tacoma wants all me monies

 

They are still under $300 with the kick out and the DOM tubing. I know last year at the Northeast Take Over my sliders saved me a right rear door and a quarter panel. The thing is these guys make gigs bend the pipe and weld them up. It would take a lot of time just to make them from scratch.
