Perfect! Not rubbery, but a solid and durable coat. Better than what I was expecting.

...^^^... From my experiences ... DMV in Georgia is very strict on military license plates in general ... you must take DoD, military, VARO (VA regional Office) letters/papers/documents to DMV to be copied AND verified to get special plates.

Two guys I know, have a DFC (Distinguished Flying Cross) in center of their license plate ... and several with P/H's on license plates too (I will post pics w/o number when I find them in iPhone) ...................disability, branch of service, various campaigns and P/H tags must also be verified too.

The tag with the most benefits in Georgia & most of US is a ... "100% Disabled Veteran" license plate tag ... because (in Georgia) you pay NO tax on vehicle, pay very little or no city, county state & etc. home property taxes too and you get many other cool city, county, state & federal bennies that few people know about. To get this "100% Disabled Veteran" license plate tag, you must have this 100% rating with the VARO (VA Regional Office) and the VARO gives you a letter to take to DVM and DVM copies & checks this letter to make sure it is real ... then DMV issues the tag. The "100% Disabled Veteran" license plate tag can be issued for combat and non-combat disabilities ... and includes PTSD and/or any other physical disabilities and/or service connected injuries from military service or from treatments of injuries of serviced connected disabilities. Some of these benefits will vary from city, county and states ... but benefits are all the same in the federal system. Cities, counties and states vote on what benefits are given to combat veterans and/or "100 Disabled Veterans" in their specific areas.

I have had one of these tags for a long time and can photo it sometime. It also allows you to park virtually anywhere and in many cities, you pay no metered parking fees and get special parking privileges that are not advertised. Also, special deals at city, county, state & federal parks as far as parking and free admissions (some of the benefits have to be registered for in advance, i.e. free admissions & free parking to city, county, state & federal parks.

PS ... Plus GA DMV also requires special Georgia Department of Revenue forms ... witnessed & sworn statements to get some of those tax free benefits on vehicle and home also.

If you lie on forms or fake documents in Georgia .. you get fined and go to jail.
I don't know how someone could fake the documents in Georgia, because all documents are supposed to be verified.

Georgia is a very friendly state to "veterans and disabled veterans" and some cities, counties and states are better than others ... it depends on where you live on your local bennies ... federal bennies are the same no matter where you live.

I hope I didn't make too many typos in this long post ... :)

Benefits like these are the least vets should get and should be for all states for the blood put it to this country.

Washed, clay bar, wax, rain-x and one decal on the back window.

Dipped the fenders, not sure if I like it 100% but I wanted to see how it would look. Might look better with a different set of rims/tires.

NH DMV requires you to bring your DD-214 in order to get vet/purple heart plates..

They're just the weathertech flaps with, a 4x4 logo I bought on ebay for $20. Here's the link if anyone is interested: http://goo.gl/6JiKJ5

Not sure if they are shorter, but I did get the whole set, just wanted to show of the rears with the 4x4 logo I installed!

These are the rigid kind, they have some give in them, but if I were doing hardcore off-roading these are not the flaps I would buy. I never plan on taking my taco to that extreme, only got 4x4 for camping, and snow/mountain driving. The main purpose of these is to protect my paint from rock chips on my daily commute, oh and to look nice!

Finally someone dipped their sport flares. Im doing my grill right now and have been debating the fender flares and the front fascia area. I have a mgm but yours looks good on white man.. hows the texture and the match to the rest of the black plastic trim, like the flaps?

I was going to do the front fascia area as well but I ran out of ambition and got hungry. The texture is actually very close to the mud flaps.. Probably the closest comparison. Maybe even the bed liner too if you were to gloss them (which I didn't put any gloss on).

I like my wheels but HATE HATE HATE cleaning them. Takes 2 hours to get them where i feel they are clean "enough"... So i dont do it often at all.

I may end up switching wheels, even though i love how they look clean, they never stay clean for more than a day. I live on a long dusty dirt road and play off road a lot.

Pieces stick out all the way around them, its a PITA to fit a rag behind those pieces to clean behind them. Then theres the center "star" piece... Nothing fits behind it, so its easy to see the white dust behind it on the black rims.

I've had good luck with spray on "Brake Dust" repellent. After using it, just spraying with water removes nearly all the junk and leaves the wheel clean.
