    I'd pay shipping for your stock shifter. I have an idea for improving the look of my hand throttle setup.

    I trimmed about an inch off of it, but I think I can trim less and have it sit over the band that holds the lever to the shifter.

    Ha ha! Your 10 year old bushings look way better than my 4 year old ones did. I wonder if they found a cheaper source for the later years. Did you do it with the bumper on?

    Wow you guys in NC have it easy!

    My city (Virginia Beach) appraised my 2012 4x4 Sport at $22,225 This year. I had to pay $469.00 but that's with $420.00 in "car tax relief". If they still had the full tax on all vehicles I would have had to pay the full 4% which would be $889.00 !!! :eek:

    It's highway robbery I tell ya. (robbery to pay for highways). :rolleyes:

    They look deceiving so I almost didn't do it. The inside was deteriorating and crumbled in my hand. I could squeeze it down with my fingers no problem. I think the humidity didn't let them dry out like others? But it raised the front by 1/4" you can tell on the fenders.

    I dont have a link.. it was through a small group buy type thing.. its complicated. lol BUT.. the ones on Ebay.. are literally the same thing.. and even have longer warranties... AND ship from the US..

    like this one.. if I had to buy again..

    and its even cheaper right now! lol

    Just got around to ordering the extinguisher. Had to get a different holder since the one you listed was out of stock and unknown return date, but I got the same style holder.
    Thanks for the info!

    @Cuffs here you go pal!

    So this install was a cake walk for me being that I have a super versatile Prinsu roof rack from @zscott . The holes that were in the rack for mounting the cross bars were perfectly spaced out to the rails on the awning. All I had to do was throw in some half inch nylon spacers ( going to upgrade to aluminum) to avoid the screws on the rack it self and that was it. Took me 10 min. Took more time to go to home depot to get the spacers and extended bolts. Hope this helps.

    It was like this awning was made to go on this took rack :thumbsup: the only thing is, that the zipper hangs low. So I have to have the zipper to the front to avoid the door and from it rubbing on the truck it self. They do sell brackets to lift the awning itself from arb

    Got flares cut, edge trim on (short 1 need to buy another roll). Dremel works ok. Wear eye protection because it makes a mess. Fenders getting cut Friday. 2"s all around.

    I hear ya on the bushwackers. No build thread but I'll make a post on this mod this weekend when it's complete or I can pm you a step by step. Rather wait for final outcome before I give you directions.

    Here's where I got some basic info. I'm not doing all that carriage bolt stuff. I think I have a much easier solution which also elimiates those PIA clips.
