So when I go pick up the new wheels next month this is what they should look like once on the truck... Except Ill have 255/80/17 instead of 265/70/17... The wheels are almost identical in color to the truck but because of the picture I had of them in the guys low lit house its off in color

Thoughts on making sliders out of square tube? Going for unique look.

 

I am like 2.5" lifted. Can I still use factory jack to lift the truck high enough to change a flat?

Don't think so... Im about to buy one of those small floor jacks to keep in the back seat of the truck for that just in case moment

You can always try using your jack in the driveway and see if it works. What size tires ya got?

DCLB sliders have a 4-6 week lead time. So time to fab shit.

 

Order from CBI... They are fast... I think they guarentee everything within 4 weeks

 

dont wanna eff up cross member and pumpkin..who know how they gonna hold up the weight of the truck.... besides I think sliders look kewl lol

 

Look at Stubbs welding. A little more expensive than 4xI, but also come completely welded unlike 4xI

 

And heavy duty as hell.

 

Thats where I jack my truck up from... There is nothing wrong with it... Crossmember will hold fine and so will the pumpkin
