I live in the county so taxes are alot cheaper than if you live in the city, where you have to pay both city and county taxes.

Being in the military had its advantages sometimes. I joined from NC and always considered that home but when I got stationed in Michigan and found out they didn't take out state taxes out of my check I became a resident of that state, 17 years as a resident until I retired.

I suppose if your city is landlocked inside of a county. This area is one gigantic suburb comprised of at least half a dozen cities. It never ends. Strip malls as far as the eye can see. :goingcrazy:

The nearest county is about 30 miles away.

Yeah 4 months is about where everyone is. I liked their stuff and the people at the Expo but a few other shops all quoted the same timeframe. I'm not really ready for the sliders but I will be by the time they get here. Probably going to start ordering skids about 1 per month as I have the funds as well.

Well if you feel like wheeling at all, check it out! You do need a permit first but it's $20. Are you only gonna be there for the day?

That's a pretty sweet hand throttle! I'll keep ya posted on the shifter, I'm still running stock for the time being lol

I'll be leaving there Monday morning. I lived about a mile and a half past Hurlbert AFB for 6 years. Eglin's reservation is huge.

If it wasn't for the qirlfriend having to be back at work I would stay. I think you could drive around Eglin's reservation for years and not see it all.
