Exactly, it'll get banged up. Follow the can directions and use a timer. Disciprine helped me unfuck my paint projects.

 

Teflon lube I think you can order thru Karter or poly performance

 

I can show you what I use, a grease gun with Mobil synthetic grease in the tube from Pep Boys.

I'm a fan of Camburg. If I did it again I'd have Camburg arms and King shocks. Nothing against Icon at all, really sweet product, I've just tuned my needs.

I had a long conversation with Marie at headstrong and chose TC because their CS is supposed to be on point, and a bit better than the rest.

I don't know from personal experience but all of my searching lead me to the understanding the the top choices are equally good.
