So, what happens when someone does this, and slams the guys head into the concrete, shoving his nose into his brain and kills him?

 

That's part of my argument when it comes to these situations:
A guy kills 49+ people and probably would have killed more had he not been killed by SWAT. If a person walks into a crowded area carrying a weapon and opens fire, the level of their "evil" seems measured by how much damage they cause. If I, a licensed concealed weapon carrier, take out the gunman before he actually injures anyone, but after he starts shooting, who is to say that the shooter's intent was to ACTUALLY kill anyone?

My solution: dead men tell no tale.

 

I get that, but then the family sues for damages.

because, you know, lawyers.

 

This is bad advice...no way in hell the shooter is just going to lay there and get slapped in the back of the head.

Now if 2-3 guys jump him at the same time that might improve the odds of diffusing the situation.

Cannot sue in Washington State if injuries were sustained while committing a felony, see 4 RCW. However the law does not say how it's determined if the perp was committing a felony.
