What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Where in SC do you live? I do a lot of wheeling (or did) in SC because I live right on the Ga Sc border

 

Do you have any rubbing? My dad has a 2002 toyota tacoma double cab with no lift and 265/75/16s and his rub whenever he hits a bump while turning. Just wondering if thats on all tacomas or just his

I haven't noticed any problems with rubbing yet, though I haven't hit any big bumps while turning. But so far they don't rub. Not even at full lock

 

Nope, there just needs to be a sticky with "biggest size tire on stock height and x amount of lift with no rubbing"

Do your frame bumps still line up? I'm pretty sure my expo pack (Deaver) pushes the axle back about an inch.

Haha, no. They are there a) to be out of the way b) a safety net if the shit hits the fan.

 

yeah you can see the gap between the spare and the rear tires. Just looks funny.

Agreed and know that on tw, everybody starts with ome, then gets king or icon for the front and then they want to do lt. All the same. Very few "different" builds out there. I think yours is one of the few. You have your own "style" and dont follow everyone else.

 

Did you make that plate that goes under the ubolts and holds the bump stop on or is it a kit?
