i have 2 suggestions for you on that. either have it powdercoated or personally i'd use tintable bed liner you tint it with 040 base coat and apply. perhaps see if some one that sprays bed liner could do it the first time then you can touch up. it really depends on if you want a smooth or textured finish

 

I dont want a textured finish. I will look into powdercoating. But the last time I checked, a place in Frederick wanted $300 each for my sliders.

powdercoating probably not cheap but woud be durable and look good

I forget how much I paid for the powdercoat front bumper, from Pelfrey.

 

ask the vendor if they can powder coat it then when you get it all you have to do is swap them out

originally it was going to be a modd day and/or meetup but was left in limbo. justin and i live a ways away so were talking about meeting up that day. you guys should perhaps consider what you'd like to do and talk to justin remember i'm an hour and a half away and he's another hour out

Powder coat cost is usually a lot but may be worth it for your time, supplies, and headache of painting all the pieces.
