I tried going with them. Ordered a HC in October '15 and after nearly eight months of waiting and getting nothing but excuses, lies and BS I'd had enough. They make a great product from what I've seen, I wouldn't know, because he couldn't deliver on what he had told me back in October. Which was that I'd definitely have a bumper before wheeling season....yeah right. Wasted many months....what a clownshow! Got my (most of)money back and ordered through Bruteforce and should have it in 8weeks.

Dang sucks to hear. I know Eric wanted to get it done before Moab and the shop move but sucks it didn't get done. Hopefully brute force can meet their lead time. Go ahead and destroy my old bumper I gave you for free . Hopefully once @RelentlessFab moves into the bigger shop they can get more welders and improve their turn times cuz there products are awesome.

.. I had a similar experience 2 years ago with Eric, so it has less to do with excuses like those and more to do with poor customer service and lack of give a fuck.

More stories like ours, his ball dropping isn't isolated or short term.

    Yea, that's BS

sucks, cuz the only other bumper I would get would be a relentless. His bumpers are sick....but cant be waiting around that long. I had the opportunity to get another one recently after my accident, decided to stay with trail gear

The whole "I can't use the phone or email because too busy working in the shop" line is bullshit, also.

He should fab excuses for a living, as he churns those out like crazy despite being chained to a welder yet still unable to fill orders for X, Y, and Z.

Ill be passing that bumper to someone else who can use it.

I know there are people like yourself who have had a good experiences with relentless. I however did not. It was quite the opposite unfortunately.

Not saying he sucks, he's nice in person and seemed pretty much the same personality everyone else I've met has had, which was great.

Just can be/has been extremely difficult to do business with which sucks for everybody.

I waited just over 6 months but in my opinion it was worth it. The quality of the bumper is way better then my old 2 offroad bumpers. I understand wanting to have your bumper for this season though.

Meh, wouldn't be the first time. Except here people are a little more reasonable. Talk smack about Relentlesses customer service skills, everyone agrees, talk shit about DTF's customer service skills, everyone loses their minds.

Also, eat a bag of dicks. @jberry813

This. I can't even explain this even more. But I also agree, needing it before wheeling season is important.

@tacomgee does that mean you're out of commission for 8 more weeks?

6 months of waiting would mean he would've had his bumper for almost 3 months now, which would have probably been great.

Almost 9 months and "haven't started it yet," is a little different.

I waited 5 months and was either cancelling the order or driving to his shop to get it in person, then some weeks later it was available to ship.

Some people are fanboys, others just want parts. If someone can't deliver on their products then the name and quality mean nothing, especially when there are other companies making top quality alternatives, and actually build them - the buyer doesn't lose anything on the quality of the finished product.

Black and white discussion of vendors and companies giving poor service or poor product isn't anything new to this thread, the only difference is most of us have at least met Eric. Doesn't change the way Relentless Fab handles customers, if it sucks - it sucks. Nothing has been made personal.
