The Taco Bus is also in the food court in the Gallatin Valley Mall on the right as you walk in the door. They cook authentic Mexican and will add cheese to your tacos if you ask. I am looking for some good Tex-Mex and BBQ and have been disappointed. I recommend the Oasis in Manhattan, Stacey's in Gallatin Gateway, and the Corral, Riverhouse and Olive B's in Big Sky.

I just drove to Helena to buy stock LCAs from @adanfon from Californialand in the Walmart parking lot. Nice guy. I wish it hadn't been pissing rain so we could have hung out.

Off to Craig for the night. I have a couple days to kill...

Just joined the Taco world. Sold my Tundra last week and got an Inferno TRD OR. Pretty excited to be a newbe to the Tacoma. Loved the Tundra but it was just more that I needed.

Not really a Mex food fan but if you're ever in Red Lodge try Mas Taco, they'll have what you're looking for. Small place on the main road through town, can't miss it.

I have yet to go there....need to take the folks I think. Dad loves his ribs

    What do you care?!!? :p

Glad I'm not the only one that does long distance sales  ....TWer from CO bought my old CV's and another bought my sliders when I was clearing out 1st gen parts last year.

Welcome! Watch out for me and the Runner...if you track me down you might get yourself a shiny new TW sticker for the truck

and you didn't say hi :pout:

Soon to be 2016 Taco owner from Helena here. Should be delivered week after next after a 2 month wait. Sold my 98.5 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel 5spd that I've owned for about 14 years (and a truck camper). Gonna be a big change going from full size to mid. I don't tow much anymore and my first truck was a 1984 Toyota, so just going back to where I started from.

Hope to run into you all at some point along the way..

Well I am one of at least 4 inferno Trucks in town. As soon as my topper comes in at Ressler I will be a little more unique. Getting ready to black out my grill and possibly the badges.

Hopefully you enjoy the change as much as I am. No more 3 point turns to park. More room in the garage. My only worry is that we have to learn how to pack better for car camping ⛺ trips. Just throw it all in was how we rolled with the Tundra.

For anyone wondering, Going to the Sun road is open and there's lots of snow up there. I was playing tour guide so I didn't go snowboarding, but if you're heading that way bring your sliding gear.

Was nice meeting you! It definitely was nice in Montana city/Helena, so much so that we wound up staying an extra day. Explored the down town, and went to the Blackfoot and Lewis & Clark breweries. One day we rode my uncles quad to tizer lakes, was going to take the truck but glad I didn't. It would've taken way longer to get there, and still probably wouldn't have made it. The fishing was great too, and just relaxing on the lake. And the cold snap that was there was amazing! We're here on our way home in Mesquite, NV and it was 110* when we arrived yesterday! Definitely headed back to Montana in the future.

We'll have to hang out on your next visit. I'm really impressed with the great condition of those LCAs - there's something to be said for that California weather!

Dakars go in tomorrow. The front end is going to have to wait. I took a side trip to Livingston and bought a raft. Now I'm going to have to work to accumulate more play money before continuing the suspension project. It's a rough life...

Tizer lake is the first offroad trip I'm taking my new truck on. A few years ago one the scouts in our troop did his Eagle project up there. Had to install some fencing around the lake (unfortunately a lot of 4 wheelers were running in the lake on the shore destroying habitat). Did you notice if the fencing was still there? Wooden post/rail fence with signs..
