In the end he is a small shop. He does his best to estimate the time he thinks it will take to complete the items on order but people keep ordering faster then he can produce. Therefore the wait keeps getting longer. Hopefully with brit working the office now and eric working the new larger shop we will see better lead times.

Its funny how everyone talks smack on Utilities (I know you're just joshin') but when we go down, we take the whole refinery with us, or if we get a small blip in output, my phone blows up. Buddy of mine was running his mouth jokingly one day saying how we don't do shit, so I said I'd go shut down a pump and the 20 year operator behind him was like 'STFU SAM, DONT PISS OFF THE UTILITY GUY"

I ordered a brute force hybrid front on May 11. He told me 4-5 weeks. Talked to him this morning and he said it should ship later this week. That is a fast turnaround and spot on his estimate.

Sorry to hear that. I got a rear bumper from Eric. He told me up front it was going to be 6-7 months. I said fine. It was a tad longer, but I waited. It was a great bumper. He returned all my calls. After that I bought the three skid pieces. When I had problems mounting one I went to the shop and he fixed it on the spot. Love the product.
