Received tracking numbers. I am surprised because I'm #50. Just saw someone in top ten get tracking yesterday, so I figured it would be July for me. NICE surprise! Oh, and I got the full rebate a couple weeks ago. Time to get serious about bumpstops, flips, and everything else....

Time for me to get serious on my research this weekend. Hate to pull things apart later if I decide I want something different... much easier to add during assembly.

Kit arrived last week. I didn't notice the main eye bushings missing, been busy and trying to plan out some time to get it installed.

I also have a 95 and @lowrange was nice enough to swap the rear leaf springs on the kit for the CS019r set...reason I was asking

    Thanks

I received confirmation that the bushings we need are on back order until June 27th, then they'll be available for shipping. I said screw waiting another two weeks and ordered some front eye bushings from wheelers off-road. They're labeled as a wheelers off-road brand product on their website but my invoice has them as ES, and I'm assuming that it is actually an energy suspension product.

The bushing kit comes w two complete bushings, one for each lead spring and is a whopping total of $12.50 plus shipping.

Here is the item I bought. The OMESB89 bushings that I received should take care of the rear eye and shackle. This is what I read on wheelers website. I test fitted one of the bushings I received w my kit into he rear eye and it does seem to fit, so I'll use those for the rears. Does this all make sense?

Did you order a light kit? We had enough 05+ heavy kits to get almost all of them out. Light kits..not so much. But rumor is they got shipped out to us today and will be here soon. 04 Guys though are really in a hurt.

I know everyone wants definitive ETAs. The problem I have run into is that not a single ETA has been correct up to this point, so I see no point in posting them. But Im pretty sure everyone who has emailed me has gotton a response back. So if you would really like to know the situation on your status please email me.

We are sitting at about 70% shipped now.

To all 1st Gen Tacoma Guys. Old Man Emu sends 4 Black Bushings for Top Mounts. If you got them assembled by us there will be two extra bushings in your kit. The top mounts we use already have a bushing sent with them. So those 2 black bushings are just extra.

These Video's Should help. The first one is for the 4Runner but it is almost exactly the same.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-7ysiGblyc

This second one is our Leveling kit but the process of disassembly is the same.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rxcd2duh1gM

We should have a Video of an Old Man Emu Kit Install on a Tacoma in the future.

Email from ARB on Monday said "We've figured out what went wrong and will be mailing an additional $25 card in the next two weeks."

Tracking info from Low Range Off-Road on Tuesday indicates lift should be here tomorrow.

It never even sat in the garage boxed up. Had to put it on. 885 with trim spacer and modified Dakar (Pulled the 3rd leaf down). So far feels so much smoother over stock. Alignment wheels and tires go on tomorrow. Thank you so much @ramonortiz55 and @Low Range Off-Road !!!

Nice! I'm jeleous yours is installed haha!!

So far I have front setup done, and put Dakars in one side, so 3/4 way done. Installing these leafs without getting entire truck in the air is a PITA!! But I know it will be worth it in the end!

So just cut and insert back to front and we don't have to do any bending right?

Thanks for the measurements, I'm thinking about pulling the 3rd leaf as well. Looks like you got 2.0-2.25" lift, which is about where I'd like end up in back. Lift is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, so another night to decide.
