Coming as soon as you tell me to drop everything and come over to install the lift and drill holes in my trans skid and chop it up to make it fit.

Ill have to hit Josh up for drilling the holes in the sliders..he offered so long ago and I just got lazy... The hardware is doing me no good in the back seat... Hes got the red neck upside down drill press haha!

Lol I commute 35 miles one way, my truck is still my dd too. I may beat on my truck but it's also built to take it. You just need to learn your trucks limits and that only comes from wheeling experience. Look forward to you making it out, I'll be there Friday and Saturday for takeover, if only people who can do greens are there in the morning on Friday I'll gladly take some people around till people who can do harder trails show up.

Dude buy a drill, buy some bits and go to town. You shouldn't need to wait for josh or ant to drill some holes. You won't learn till you start taking projects head on.

I almost bought a 3 ton craftsman but decided to gour with harbor freight instead. Much better build quality in my opinion. Glad I didn't get the craftsman now

The small size of the craftsman is I think what did it in. The HF has a nice wide footprint and is more stable. It's not like the craftsman couldn't lift it, it could, by my driveway is a slight angle and when it and the truck wanted to topple it bent like a pretzel.

Not having a DD is the worst excuse ever. It's not even worth listening too

Truck won't break if you learn how to wheel. And I think if you took a day off to fix your truck you don't immediately go to jail. You are taking things to an exaggerated extreme and you know it. Learn to fix your truck and you will be able to wheel. Otherwise you might as well get into another hobby lol

Just don't break your truck. Keep your head straight and know your limits that's all

Or drink a bunch of beer and let @Rebelimo be your leader and your learn what you can and physically can't do reallll quick. Or you'll learn it the next morning when you look at your truck

Also I don't think you realize how difficult it is to break your truck. Damage doesn't start coming till you are locked front and rear with massive torque like crawl boxes on super technical black trails. You are quite a way away from that. I get it you are scared, but when you start doing it you will realize it's not as bad as you think.

I dunno about where he's at, but there's nothing at all by me except laughably expensive cabs. But he did say he lives 6 miles from work. I happen to as well. But no truck won't stop me. I went a year without a vehicle and had no problem walking that 6 miles to/from work to afford my truck. It really is no excuse.
