You have not read my posts, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize and I don't call back.

And the post office... I used to respect them and think they did a good job until I moved to Lynnwood. The post office here is full of idiots who don't keep records, have no idea what's going on and never talk to each other. I will not wast time telling about it.

I hate it when I'm rude to someone and they don't notice.

I was rude to a telemarketer once. She said "You don't have to be rude."
I replied "Thank you for noticing."

Don't get credit card reps calling, just solar companies. They harass the crap out of us. These solar reps are now walking around Lowes doing the same harassing BS in person, I almost lost my temper with my last encounter.

Spoofing a caller ID isn't just easy it is built right into any phone system that is worth a damn. We use the feature on everyone of our 47 buildings. Each building has between 75 - 250 phones and when a user places a call outside the building the main number is displayed to the caller id. This way when I place a call I can decide if I want to give my number out or not. I can change that number to literally any number with a few clicks of a mouse.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
It can be built into the system, sure, but the carrier has to allow it. Usually, depending on the circuit type, they lock down outbound CID to only be your available DID's but often they will open it up to anything: if you do any forwarding to cell phones and want to see the caller's forwarded CID to the cell phone you need to be able to spoof their number.

Spoofing CID on a SIP line is about the stupid easiest thing one could do. Straight PRI, SIP delivered PRI service, T1, about the only thing that'll stop outbound CID spoofing is straight POTS delivery to your building.

I've gotten some of those, now I turn the ringer of my phone off at night, I don't take calls when I'm sleeping.
