    Well sure, that's kinda the definition of supplement lol. If I had a perfect diet obviously I wouldn't need supps at all, but I don't and won't have a perfect diet. The original question was opinions about the specific supplements (as in if you had taken them yourself) not whether or not you believe in supplements.

    Also, the test was free as well. I actually only paid for the shred stack (the test booster was free with it) and cleanse, the rest came free. (Buy one get one complete nutrition product, plus half off on the cleanse)

    Lol thank you for your input, didn't feel like you were blasting me so it's all good. I don't rely on supplements and I agree that it's stupid to rely on them, I know guys at the gym who take so many they'll be lucky to make it to 30 years old without everything failing inside of them. I'm typically a protein and pre only guy, but this was a one time deal I couldn't really pass up and am hoping for some good results.

    Well, best of luck. Take before and after pics and prove us wrong. When I first started out, I went into GNC at about 140 lbs and they put the screws to me because I thought I needed one of everything in the store. Now 8 yrs and about 60 lbs of muscle heavier, I'm a self-proclaimed anti-supplement advocate lol.

    At the end of the day, supplements are there for one purpose: to sell

    Eat right, sleep, and lift and you're good....also, throw a little beer and sex in there to keep morale high.

    The nitraflex preworkout has a "natural test booster" in it, and (now this may all be mental) but I feel like I can tell a difference.

    Leave the natural stuff to your body and nature.

    1. Quit eating shit.
    2. Stop drinking soooooo FUCKING much
    3. get plenty of rest
    4. fuck or jerk off
    5. make your workouts fun
    6. mix life up
    7. throw a curve ball in your workouts
    8. HIIT!!! once a week till you can do it twice a week
    9. Have fucking fun and enjoy life
    10. Work your mother fucking ass off and you will get results

    If a 53 year old can do this YOU can.

    Branched Chained Amino Acids

    branched-chain amino acids (particularly leucine) stimulate protein synthesis, and might doso to a greater extent than a normal protein on its own. BCAAs also increase synthesis of the cellular machinery responsible for carrying out the process of protein synthesis.

    Helps the body build muscle without catabolizing during workouts, and other stuff, stimulates muscle growth, clarity/focus during workouts. I have used them, good stuff, won't hurt the body...

    I agree "test boosters" and stuff like that are a waste, but I do believe that there are supplements that can make a difference. Although most of that stuff can be gotten from food but it's like @zacharypaul89 said, it's easier to have a protein shake than eat a butt load of chicken. Like bcaa's, yes you can get them from eating meat but most clean eating lifter mostly eat chicken and turkey which doesn't have much for bcaa content. Minerals are a must have for endurance athletes and speaking as somewhere who has a shit diet I buy different minerals often
