But for real, I have no clue. I get all my protein through food. I do keep a bottle of pea protein for times when I go out of town, take an offroad trip or workout where I know I won't be able to eat for a few hours afterwards.

lol C4 is all hype and no go. One of the most over priced, least pump producing pre work outs i have ever used. I recommend it to female mostly looking for a small kick lol but each to their own. For most guys they need to 3x + scoop it and thats proven fact :)

Not sure what your point is?
    I pointed out nitric oxide.
C4 works differently on everyone. This is true about everything and anything.

Aren't you the one PUSHING his Endocrine system? No one say shit about that, we are all merely sharing Bro Science here.

    WTF!

I get all my protein from food. But I only eat around 160g a day. On days I fuck up I'll take whey protein.

I was making a point about c4 mostly. Was not a personal attack what so ever. Not a single person i know in the weight, body and fitness industry has anything good to say about C4 other than needing 3 scoops and thats was the point. Your opinion was that you liked it and thats what you used. They have an amazing marketing team and i just wanted to make sure that any members on here reading this post has an opposing view. If your simply after a " pump " via increased blood flow a combination of glycol, AAKG, L-citruline, Agmatine are about as good as you get

Yes, I'm 100% tapped out and searching for any incremental gains that i can find. Im at the peak of my genetic ability and short of flipping to the dark side I'm trying to find a working solution for that 5-10% boost. Most people prob won't say anything about it as most people here already know where i stand, where I'm at and what I'm trying to accomplish :)

Coffee? Damn! I drink 16 oz in the morning and that's it. Can't function without it

not sure I wanna know what this means...

    ...i really do wanna know

Yeah, I go through spurts...sometimes I'll go a few months without pwo, but here lately, I haven't worked out without it. When I run out of Mr. Hyde, I'm gonna try to take a few months off, but I'll never get rid of my morning coffee.

    Wut?

Some supplements are useless...go buy a tub of (insert supplement here...bcaa, test booster, amino acids, etc.) and take them everyday for 3 months while sticking to your normal routines and diet and I guarantee you you'll see no changes.

I don't see how I'm contradicting myself by saying I drink coffee and use protein powder while also saying other supplements are shit. Coffee contains caffeine. Caffeine boosts energy. Protein is protein. I'm not expecting protein powder to do anything but add protein to my diet as it's not a "miracle supplement." Most of all that other shit on the shelves promises to "add mass", "cut fat", "increase test", etc., but there's simply no proof of it. It's basic knowledge that protein leads to muscle growth and that caffeine results in more energy. It's also been proven that your body partitions nutrients, minerals, and vitamins better through natural sources (food), opposed to pills and powders.

As you said, "Real simple son!" and I agree...food > supplements. What I'm trying to drive home is that 99% of supplements out there don't do shit. go take a multi-vitamin and watch your piss turn colors...that's because you're pissing that out. If you can eat a diet that isn't completely retarded, you can achieve your goals and meet all your micronutrient needs, as well.

Fact...my wife takes C4 and she loves it. I've taken it and I hate it. However, I know dudes that swear by that shit.

Also fact. I've noticed just from this thread that pre's work on everyone differently. Some folks hate Mr. Hyde, but it geeks me up. Some folks love ON Platinum-Pre, but I get more of a stim from tootsie rolls....different strokes for different folks

I wish I could get all my protein from food, but the pro's of taking powder outweigh the cons for me. I already eat 6 times a day...adding in the 75 g of protein I get from powder per day from food will take more meal prep time and more time to sit and eat it...also, meat is more expensive than powder. That being said, I eat about 1.5 times more protein than you b/c I'm fat.

See, i find that MR hyde makes me have fantastic work outs ( its the high dose of stimulants : caffeine + synepherine etc )
but doesnt quite give me the pumps i love. So with that said, use it when i do deadlifts, cardio, or power stuff where i don't care for that swol painful pump its fantastics. For the days i want to have that massive vasodilation, i mostly don't use any stimulants at all as most are actually vasoconstrictors( caffeine being the biggest of them in general).

Did my 1st leg day of the week. Usually would've done 2 by now but was scared to do anything after my knee swole up this weekend.

Rattlesnakes, rubbers, and knee injuries...3 things I don't fux with

Started light on squats just to see how the joint felt going through the motion. Felt pretty good so I moved on up and had a pretty good workout. Focused a lot on calves at the end. I just want them to get huge so bad but they won't grow :pout:

I've got my first leg workout of the week tonight, too...only my second workout this week overall. Gonna have to get my last 2 in on Fri and Sun probably. I HATE working out on Sunday.
