    Major thank you to Kozmic Motorsports and their CNC machinist! :bowdown: We spent a few hours brainstorming one day, and this is the fantastic end result. Freaking Mad!

    The total $500 for the pair. Which included the designing, machining, and assembly. So if a second set were ever needed, then they'd be at a reduced cost. As the file has been saved. I can think of a possible person that this might apply to. ;)

    Accomplished two weeks earlier than expected, and therefore the stroker engine assembly can move forward. Very exciting for me.

    Made a little progress over the past few days, and only had one slight setback.

    No need to trim the stud on the passenger head, closest to the intake cam gear solenoid. It cleared with out issue, unlike on Goldylocks. Slight differences in stud lengths, is the issue.

    The came the setback. A oversight by the machinist.

    The recess in the middle of the clover pictured below, was over looked on the custom set. So they would not slide onto the cams far enough, to allow peoper alignment of the chains.

    I'd imagine a 5 minute fix. Since it is just coring out the middle a bit. But I'm not the machinist.

    Once those cam gears are back, it won't take but an afternoon to get it completely buttoned up.

    I got to that point when I was building/breaking my TDI VW..... I finally got it to a point where nothing was wrong with it and sold that fucker with a quickness. :D

    Took a loooooooooong time to have a mastery of patience like this. However. My vocal cords let stretched with some verbage when I found it. But what would it do to freak out and be all pissed off? Other than make me do something rash and hurry the build. Which would have no good result.

    What I mean, is that I could install the factory locked cam gears, but then what would the point have been to make the proper ones in the first place? It was an honest mistake, and my guy at Kozmic did enough type cursing when I showed him the pictures. By that point, I was calm andd laughed. We came up with a plan, and all and executed it. All in all, a simple mistake. No Big Deal.

    yeah I know your pain, have definitely had stuff not get done but whats the point in getting pissed when you have to wait anyways, and getting mad at the person for it isn't going to win you any points when you still need them to do something for you lol
