I prefer the M & P shield 40. It fits my hand better as a compact, the XDs seems bulky to me. I love my 1911 but its a bit large lol

I will be getting rid of Glock 23 and purchasing a Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm. I really like the feel of it

 

I have a M&P .40 shield as well for carry. This is just a new gun for carry options. I love my 1911s, and they shoot well, but they are for targets and show, the poly's are what I carry. Lighter and they get the job done.

need to look into those finger print safes. There's no way I could get the clunky trigger lock off my 1911 in time. But I usually sleep with my feet in quarter- moon stance and have nunchucks under my pillow. I'm probably covered.
