    u used to be able to get CB radio supplies easily at any Radio Shack but i hear that is no more...

    check out Frys though... i had great luck with a whip antenna from there once...

    or maybe Ham Radio Outlet in Orange County

    other than that, most of my CB radio supply build up has been online ordering...

    i was at an electrical store today and they had a k40 for 80 bucks. don't know if that is a good deal or not.

    one needs a ground plane, the other does not?

    i have my antennas mounted on a bed bar instead of the center of the roof, so i went with the no ground plane antennas...

    Thanks fellas... Yea I saw some good k40 ones on Amazon I'll see if I can get them in time... Other than K40 what other good ones are there...?? An the radio shack hear is garbage lol...
