    Update:

    Jake finally got back to after I said I wanted to talk to the boss too. He told me the sales rep handles all the sales and customers and the owner oversees the business end. He told me the shipping guys are handling the harness. I just got a picture of the label with the number and I am expecting a call from the rep and the owner. Still does not right all the wrongs up until this point. I have already ordered a rough country kit and someone has shown interest in these pods because they are not going on my truck.

    I ordered my brackets from Rago Fabrication which CaliRaised just re-sells them, I am not sure if they are one and the same. Mine showed up wrapped in news paper ads if that is a step up, LOL. I still thought WTF for how much they cost, received two days after ordering.

    Someone else wants them and saves me the trouble of trying to send it back and cause more issues. I am getting all my money back for them anyway so I dont really care. Plus it would make me even more mad when I dont get my damn refund for who knows why.

    I saw Rago Fabrication too and when I noticed they were repping CaliRaised stuff I decided against it.

    I just got roof brackets, didn't want the shity over priced light bar, still feel like I got bent over for what they are. I would bet money those lights are just re-branded cheap E-bay lights slapped with a name on them, then charge 5X more.

    Just to update everyone I never received a call from either the owner or the sales rep about this. Shows you the business ethics of CaliRaisedLed. Now I did get the harness last week a day after my rough country lights came in and were on the truck. I'm not impressed with the harness either for how much I paid for everything. Got a better product with Rough Country. That's all I have to say about this and figured people wanted a follow up of how things did or did not progress

    I work with Cali Raised every day. They are a young and excited company that loves what they do. Just like any young company they are still learning and growing. What I can tell you having sold over 300 of their LEDs is that nobody has ever complained about the light quality. Any issues we have had, a bad harness, an LED going out, they have 100% of the time done the right thing and made it right.

    I don't know Jake like I know Blake, the lead, but I know their commitment to being a great company and to serving their customers. I am not privy to the situation above, but I am sure they tried to do their best. Sometimes you just can't satisfy a customer and you need to do your best, say sorry, and move on. It looks like they provided all the parts as paid for, and would have offered a refund if asked. Some just can't be satisfied once they are mad. You are entitled to your opinion and shared it. Now it seems like it's time to move on.

    I love all of my Cali Raised LEDs! They have I higher weather ristance rating than the cheap eBay/Amazon stuff, only one level down from Rigid. They have been through water crossings, snow, crappy NM weather and just keep going! And man are they bright. I am not only a happy dealer if theirs but a happy customer. I have 10 of their LEDs spread across my two Toytas.

    I hope it all works out, I don't see a problem beyond one transaction that didn't go as planned.

    I completely agree with you and I am an advocate of new companies trying to get a start. The problem has been more with a specific individual of the company that had left a bad taste in my mouth. Said person has probably not told Blake of this problem and is why I never received a call. My personal experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth for them. If I actually had gotten results instead of false promises from the beginning I would have a different outlook. I literally gave the entire conversation between Jake and myself so there's no "that's not what was said" I was told multiple times of one thing and if I would've gotten a simple answer instead of being put through the ringer than mayb it be a different story. Personally I could care less any more and won't do business with them in the future over my personal experience. I was just giving an update that I hadn't received a call but said person can like your post and I get nothing.

    No worries. Relay brackets no big deal. The LED bar and flush brackets are excellent. Extremely happy. I put my old bar behind the grill for now.
