Don't they just hook to the OBD port? It's been a while since I lived in MD though...

Yes they do, but sometimes they hook a hose to the exhaust, kinda unpredictable what they do

Better to ask what I have not done.
Alright what is every one using in terms of containers to hold food in there fridge/coolers. While down in moab for the week i had made pre made meals for the trip and they had at multiple points leaked all over the fridge so now im on a hunt to find better containers.....

    Pic for attention :D

Bringing back up the discussion of the propane campfire, I purchased the Big Red Campfire. The fact that it was in it's own container, didn't have loose rocks, base can be used to elevate the fire and similarity to Camp Fire In A Can is what sold me.

Only had a chance to use it once but it worked great.

I saw the glass wear and it looked like it was going to be mt best bet but i wanted to see if any one has broke one of them before because i keep the fridge in the truck and not the trailer it gets bounced around a lot.

Yah we had it packed full and as we went through it i did as i do with the elk camp coolers and filled the empty space with rolled up towels. I didnt have any of the beverages explode either. But damn when stew, and the beef and peppers leak it makes a great smell..... I guess we will have to buy the containers and see what they do :D

We use ZIplock freezer bags. The freezer bags are heavier (thicker) than the regular ones.

Double bag meat, great for saving leftovers. The best part is they are slim and flexible, which makes it easier to pack the fridge.

I haven't noticed much of odors (except for onions), but we did have something leak last week on our desert trip. I don't know what leaked, or how it was packaged. (It was probably a grocery-store packaged product that didn't get bagged in a Ziplock.)

Glass is great, but I would be concerned with it breaking. And, taking up precious space when the container is only half full...

I vacuum seal everything. It's a little extra work but makes it easy knowing you can just toss it in and not worry about it getting wet and ruined when the I've melts and it's under water.

x2 on Ziploc freezer bags, we use those everyday for everything and wash and reuse until they get a leak or start coming apart.

However, we also found some cheap "disposable" Ziploc or Glad "Tupperware" bins that fit very neatly and stackably in our ARB. Very lightweight and minimal space loss, but need to be kept mostly level. I'll try to remember to take some pics and check the brand/size, but I won't have any time for that this weekend. You can probably find them any any supermarket or Target, etc.

There are also some plastic snapware bins out there with rubber gaskets. These can be put on edge or otherwise crammed in, but over the years, the snaplocks will fail eventually, leading to a leak, so just check them before each trip.

    Stuff like this:

The snaplocks will warp lids too if you put them in the dishwasher/microwave when using them at home. Learned that the hard way when I had food juice spilled all over my backpack

    The solution:
    https://www.amazon.com/OPSAK-Odor-Proof-Barrier-Bags/dp/B0012RK0M8

I've been using these for years (they come in an assortment of sizes). They don't feel as nice as a ziploc, but they do work.

EDIT: and FWIW, I've never had a glass beer explode. I've had two aluminum beer cans leak in my fridge, though. I've learned to pack it better.

Oooooh, this is our favorite vast area to explore, all the way to Lone Pine, but we'll be checking out Indian Creek. A good spot for when you get over the crest but just can't make the long leg from there over monitor and down to...where the fuck ever along Walker River or areas near Bridgeport.
