Thank you! I read a lot of what you're saying but I bought into the changes they've made. Getting married, Brittony taking care of the office stuff and the new equipment.
I'm sorry it was a bad experience for you and I hope better things are in store for you. Whatever you get I'm sure you'll appreciate it that much more.

Okay both Bilsteins are on. I am disappointed about how compressed they are due to the shitty leaf springs. Hopefully this will get replaced soon.

Had to improvise to get the old one off. I'll keep this one to use in a pinch in BFE.

Thanks! Install wasn't too terrible. Getting the LCA bolts out was...fun. The rear shocks' lower mounts needed to be ground a bit to make them more narrow. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

I like the ride way more than my OME setup (which wasn't bad). The DSC adjusters are very nice. When I load up the bed I turn up the dampening to avoid bottoming out, and then dial it back down when I'm rolling empty. Overall it's got a very sporty, but plush feel. Loving it!

Are those the 2.0's or 2.5's?

Nice. Do you know which coatings come on the 2.0's, and 2.5's?

On the shocks themselves? I don't think there's any coating. Fox recommends waxing with car wax and keeping them clean and waxed. I plan on cleaning them (still on the truck) and using MavCoat Steel Shield on them soon.

Replaced my driver's side valve cover gasket... and snapped a valve cover bolt in the process...

Did all the normal fix attempts... easy outs.. Taps.etc...

Decided on this.. the valve cover and block have a overhang lip where they meet each other... I simply drilled through the old bolt with a titanium bit... and ran a bolt through it with a nut on the other side... you can see it below. Where my finger is.

The same shit everyone else has.
    Continued detailing it again yesterday.

I also did another round of trimming/modifying to the front mudflaps to remedy the rubbing

Glad you figured out a cheap solution! Busted bolts are a bitch.

Years ago a friend of mine snapped a spark plug off. Talk about a pita
