Looks good dude. Do you have any pic's of the headunit install. Which kit did you use and is that the Pioneer 4200. I'm having a install done in 2 weeks I'm looking at the 4200 or 8200. How do you like your audio system.

I'll take some pictures of the head unit, I used this kit:
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DL9T350/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's a perfect match to the factory color. The Scosche kit uses metal mounting brackets vs plastic.
It is a 4200, sound quality for the head unit is beautiful, I've gone through over 10 different audio systems through the years. You can't ask for more from Pioneer NEX, it does everything... and does it well. I don't need nav since andriod auto works so well, for me the 8200 wasn't worth it. I'm experimenting with an active setup now vs passive and just ordered some Hertz MLK2 to replace my HSK. Didn't really want to sink so much money in the audio but the bug bit me hard this time around.

So you used your factory metal brackets. I read where the metra kit uses the metal brackets. Just checking because I would rather use the metal to support the headunit. Not sure if I will go with the 8200. I like the nav and the better screen. Just don't like the price.

For me, the capacitive screen wasn't worth the money. The screen on the 4200 is really responsive. The kit came with its own metal brackets.

I attempted to keep the factory unit, for stock, it is pretty decent. Even with a LC6i, playing with different ground locations, I had a low hum. The signal also just never good enough, muddy is the best way I can describe it. Knowing what a clean system sounds like, I wasn't satisfied. One tip that helped me get rid of ALL alternator noise is grounding the head unit and amp to the same grounding point. I used factory grounding bolt under the carpet under the front driver seat and made sure I sanded off the paint. They also share the same power wires, I just ran a 10 gauge wire from the positive on the amp to the head unit.
