    Use stock shackles.

    Some trucks have their shackles pivoting upwards (like 2nd gen tacos) but our first gens aready go down so its not needed

    What is this bolt hole in the center of the axle for? ? I'm swapping to manual hubs and as far as I can tell I have all the hardware except this bolt. Looking at the fsm and axle I don't see what the point of it is? If it is critical what type of bolt is it?

    Ok I see the point of it now. I'm going to guess it's m8 x 1.25 bolt. Can anyone confirm? Hope I can find a washer that big at the hardware store...

    Just got off a washboard road. Half way up it I noticed my idle is now at 1100 rpm, obviously pretty high.

    Checked under the hood, nothing obvious like a disconnected hose, TPS seems in place and clipped in, etc

    I'm lost on what could have happened.

    A convenient option, I've had this setup for a while and have been happy with the versatility. I plan to switch it up with a bed rack and RTT in the next year or so mostly for a better camping experience and quicker setup.
